I don't understand people who demand flexible hours. I know and I am willing to work 60 hour weeks because I know it will let me be seen in an organization and climb the ladder. If you wan to only work 9 to 4, four days a week. Go for it. Have fun doing the same job poorly for your entire life.

Then when you are bitching because I have been at the company for 1/4 the time you have but I am your manager, just remember your choice.
