I dont know what I want to do in regards to my major.
After one day of my finance class it seams to be one of the best classes I have ever been in, this is the nitty gritty of the business world, the theories on why things are happening and all that.
Im at the point in my college career that I really have not dove too much into any major, actually I have just the general business classes out of the way.
Marketing so far has seamed like a let down for me, I haven't learned much in the few marketing classes that I have taken, but the advertising class I took I really enjoyed.
I am going to talk to the master of management director today at CSU, to see if it is a viable option for me. It would indeed be another year I am in school, but it is graduate school and would look great on my resume.
Im afraid of switching my major to just finance because I know that I can get a B in a Calc class but I am still not that good at math, and I would be afraid at how hard the math truly would be, and I did get 2 B's in accounting, but its not my strong suit, while I get A's without trying in marketing classes, is this a sign?
If the masters of management is not a viable option I can always double major in marketing and management and get the minor in financial analysis. Doing it this way I will be done Spring of 2012, so in 2 years from now, that is not bad, but I will be on my own nickel and dime to do that last year of school, which is a hard pill to swallow.
I dont know what to do, I really like finance class, I am just not sure I could make that into an actual career, I don't know where to go in this decision.
