Good Morning everyone

So I went to the gym this morning at 7, ran 2 miles then lifted shoulders. I felt good but I was about half of what I was doing 9 months ago...

So that means its time to see what I can do in the gym and what I can do for my body. Ive been thinking about playing Rugby next semester so maybe this will help.

I am 5'10" and I weighed in today at 158 with my clothes on and nothing in my stomach, my plan is to drop to 145ish and then gain mass to about 160 of lean muscle. Who knows maybe a half marathon in before may would be cool, maybe a marathon on my birthday, that would be a cool thing to do for my 21st.

But now I forgot how to hard boil eggs, so I thought I would share
